제빵은 저의 오랜 기간 동안 함께해온 열정 그 자체였습니다.
옛 기억을 되짚어보면 어린 초등학생이었을 때 처음으로 쿠키를 굽던 추억이 떠오릅니다. 그 시절부터 제빵은 즐거움을 나누는
일이라고 여겨왔습니다. 쿠키 굽기에 푹 빠지면서, 스스로 엄격히 정의한 ‘맛있는 쿠키’를 만들기 위하여 기나긴 시간 동안 연구와
시도를 반복했으며, 그 끝없는 연구는 지금까지도 지속되고 있습니다. 제빵 속에서 찾아낸 즐거움이 제가 2000년에,
MPS의 첫 쿠키를 팔기로 하는 모험을 하게 만들었습니다.
제게 있어서 쿠키를 함께 나눈다는 것은 가족, 친구, 소중한 사람들과 기쁨으로 연결되는 방법입니다.
그렇기 때문에 언제나 가장 좋고 신선한 재료로 만드는 것을 고집합니다. 좋은 레시피와 일의 즐거움이 함께한다면,
쿠키를 나눌 때의 기쁨은 이루 말할 수 없습니다. 비록 MPS의 창업으로부터 지난 20년동안 여러 가지 어려움들이 있었지만,
수많은 따뜻한 격려와 도움을 받아 현재 이 자리까지 올 수 있었습니다.
저희가 앞으로 나아가야 할 길과 그 미래를 향한 용기를 북돋아주고 새로운 발걸음을 나가게 하였습니다.
이러한 감사함, 즐거움, 열정, 그리고 에너지는 오늘날 저희의 커다란 원동력이 됩니다.
저희는 저희가 하는 일을 사랑하고 있으며 이 일을 할 수 있다는 것에 깊은 보람을 느끼고 있습니다.

For as long as I can remember, baking has been my passion.
My earliest recollection of baking goes back to grade school. Ever since, baking has become synonymous with spreading joy.
I was immersed for many, many years in developing and perfecting of what I qualified as tasty cookies, which goes on till today. That joy has continued and prompted me to go on an adventure in starting selling our cookies back in the year 2000.
For me, giving cookies is one of the easiest ways to stay connected with family, friends, and acquaintances alike, which is why my primary focus is on using the finest and freshest ingredients available.
Compounded with the labor of love and a good recipe, sharing cookies doesn’t get any more rewarding than this.
Certainly, there have been times of challenges in the 20 years of business but countless acts of kindness have helped MPS make who we are today.
It has given our company the courage to go on and propel us into the future. This gratefulness, enthusiasm, passion, and energy continue to sustain us today.
We love what we do and certainly feel blessed that we are able to do it.
